wedding if i had charged the batteries, I would have had more pictures

The hundred year storm that hit two different days before the wedding left a bunch of debris that was cleaned up by some of the wedding party
This police station was put here to deal with crowds that were gathering for concerts in the 1830's if I remember correctly.

Looking west
Cardinal Stadium and the Westin

saint louis

This is a picture that Julie saw. We did not get the building identified.
These roses have the look of roses that are looked at. They are in Lafayette Park, a beautiful greenspace in an urban area. The oldest park west of the Mississippi.
The park is surrounded by beautiful old houses.

The arch is larger than it seems.

More Biplanes

barnstormers at KBMG

18 biplanes came into Bloomington Airport the other day, and I got to help park them.
These are a few of the pictures I took in between parking planes and watching planes, and talking to people about planes.

a long day

The day started at 3 am. By the time I took this picture, it was 5 am or so. The light over downtown was working, but my little camera did not get the detail as well as I would have liked.
At least I got a picture.

a hot couple days at the track

Julie checks out the start/finish line and the exit to the pits.
Thanks to Matt for the passes. We had a wonderful view of the track, food and AC for qualifications on Saturday.

Taking a couple hundred pictures, I finally figured out how to catch them as they passed at 200+.
Michael won the race after a huge crash on the starting turn. The only Five Time winner in the history of the INDY track. We hope they will keep the race at Indy for the future.

Deer Creek aka verizon Music Center

We flew over Deer Creek the other day and got a pretty good view.
